Description

This Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring combines flaky crescent dough, creamy cheese, tender turkey, and tangy cranberry sauce into a stunning pull-apart centerpiece. Perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners, this easy, crowd-pleasing dish delivers classic flavors with a festive twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry preferred)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or rosemary (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Arrange dough triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping in the center and pointed tips facing outward.

  3. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  4. Add the filling around the center ring of dough.

  5. Fold the tips of the triangles over the filling, tucking them under the inner edge to form a wreath shape.

  6. Brush with egg wash for a glossy golden finish.

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

  8. Cool for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley or rosemary, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Substitute chicken for turkey if preferred.

Use vegan cream cheese and dairy-free crescent dough for a lactose-free version.

Add orange zest or honey to the cranberry sauce for extra brightness.

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
