2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup maraschino cherries, diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, bananas, pineapple, and vanilla extract until smooth.
